Satya Pal Jain, Additional Solicitor General of India and EX BJP MP has said that the regulated lifestyle, controlled food habits, regular exercise and regular checkup is a must for good health and good health is must for a happy life. He said that good health is the biggest requirement of life and if one’s health is good, then he can easily manage the other things also in life.
Jain was addressing the gathering in Gandhi Bhawan, Sector 16, Chandigarh morning after inaugurating 2 days “Pain Management Workshop”, organized by “Vidhyut Trust” and “Yog India Foundation Bharat” to educate people about solving their health problems, without medicines.
Smt. Preeti Goyal, Chairperson of the Vidhyut Trust said that this workshop is the first of its kind in Chandigarh, in which specialist doctors will educate the people as to how can they cure their diseases and their health problems without resorting to medicines. She said that this workshop is open to all the citizens and our trust will undertake other social activities also with a view to serve humanity.
In this workshop, Dr Ram Hari Meena and his team are educating the people on this issue. He said that if regulated life is strictly followed, many health problems can be avoided.
Among other servers, Dev Raj Tyagi, Dr M.K. Dorgra, Prem Vij and Anamika Walia were also present on this occasion.
