SKÅL Chandigarh, the premier association of travel and tourism professionals, successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 21st July 2025 at Chandigarh Club, in the presence of esteemed SKÅL members and industry leaders.

The AGM marked the formal announcement of the newly elected Executive Committee for the 2025–2027 term. The process witnessed active participation and enthusiastic support from members, reflecting the spirit of unity and professionalism that SKÅL International promotes globally.
The newly elected office bearers are:

- President – Vinod Sharma

- General Secretary – Amit Nagpal
- Treasurer – Mohit Singla
- Vice President 1 – Rishi Kapoor
- Vice President 2 – Sanjeev Saigal
- Director – PR & Marketing – Sanjay Pahwa
- Director – Membership Development – Mandeep Saini
Outgoing President Sk. Rishi Kapoor extended his heartfelt thanks to all members for the opportunity to serve and for their unwavering support throughout his tenure. He expressed confidence in the newly elected team and pledged his continued guidance and support.

Outgoing General Secretary Sk. Piyush Kohli presented a detailed report outlining the activities and achievements of the last term. His analytical insights were well appreciated. Outgoing Treasurer Sk. Amit Nagpal, now elected as General Secretary, gave a comprehensive financial report, which was welcomed and unanimously approved by the members.
Incoming President Sk. Vinod Sharma, of Venus Holiday Mart, expressed his gratitude to the members for placing their trust in his leadership. In his address, he thanked Sk. Rishi Kapoor and the 2023–25 board for their support and mentorship. Sharing his vision for SKÅL Chandigarh, he outlined key initiatives, including:
- Revamping internal processes
- Launching an official club website
- Forming micro-committees for efficient club management
- Enhancing value-driven monthly meetings
- Creating platforms for smaller agents and hoteliers to showcase their services
- Strengthening member engagement while upholding the SKÅL motto – “Doing Business Among Friends.”
Sk. Piyush Kohli, stepping into the role of Young SKÅL Director, shared his enthusiasm for inducting fresh talent into the club. His focus will be on building robust networking platforms and fostering professional growth for the next generation of SKÅL leaders.
The meeting concluded on a high note with a renewed commitment from all members to elevate SKÅL Chandigarh’s presence, build stronger industry ties, and promote sustainable tourism practices.
