A brief fact of the case:- SI Om Singh No. 1542 CHG along with police party on patrolling duty reached Sec- 07 Chandigarh. SCO No. 35 Sec- 07 Terminal-07 club was found open after 12.00 am and the owner disobeyed the order of DM Chd. In this above-said matter, a case was registered against the owner of Terminal-07 club namely Subham Ahuja s/o Pawan Ahuja.
