TOURISM’S 1ST MEDICAL HEALTH CAMP HELD BY ADTOI GUJARAT CHAPTER

Tourism’s first medical health camp was organised at CIMS Hospital, Science City, Ahmedabad which was a noble initiative by Pinks Travels Private Limited, IDFC Bank and CIMS Hospital. The tourism health camp was conducted from 7:00 a.m till 2:00 p.m. and it was specifically arranged for the Association Of Domestic Tour Operators of India (ADTOI) Gujarat members and their family members on the complimentary basis.

The event was graced by distinguished tourism dignitaries – Chairman ADTOI Gujarat – Pinkal Shah, Managing Director of TCGL – Tourism Corporation of Gujarat Limited – Dr. Saurabh Pardhi, General Manager of TCGL – Tourism Corporation of Gujarat Limited – Trupti Vyas and varied senior doctors of the hospital.

The focus of the camp was on various health talks sessions and interactions with senior doctors which included topics like gynaecology, breast cancer, healthy lifestyle, etc. followed by doctor consultations and different body tests.

This was the out of the box event for the tourism industry as nobody till date has conducted a family event and that too focusing on health awareness. Therefore we, TMC – Tourism Medical Camp were extremely pleased as we received an overwhelming and appreciable response for the tourism medical health camp.
