H.C. Gera | Bureau Chief
Believe it or not but it is true to the canons of unity, trust and confidence. A call from the President of the Travel Agent Consortium of Tricity (TACT) was simply enough for its members to be at one platform to interact with each other with a positive frame of mind. A networking get-together in association with SKAL Chandigarh, Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels was organised in presence of Mr. Sandeep Rajpoot (Assistant Vice President-Sales and Regional Sales Team).
President TACT Vinod Sharma expressed happiness on the prompt response of the members on his single call. This not only reflected the unity of the Consortium but also the kind of faith and the trust shown towards association. New members of TACT were also inducted and received well with open arms. The President thanked all the members for attending the Networking get-together and wished success in business prospects.
While addressing the members Vice President Harraj Singh Sidhu said that now the time has come to show our unity. There is sufficient potential in our members but we have to work with complete harmony with each other. Let us create our own niche in the travel Industry to be recognised as established members of TACT. We must exert more for the growth of business in a pragmatic manner keeping in mind the interests of each other.
Piyush Kohli General Secretary of TACT highlighted the salient points of the association and put forth that we will try to work together with proper understanding. We have B2B and B2C platforms. For B2C we are not required to go to any other places. He further stated that we will try to resolve the financial dispute of the members within the framework and guidelines.
The entire team of The Voice of Chandigarh and The Voice of Canada as media partners shall continue to support TACT and its members. H.C. Gera Bureau Chief also shared his views for up scaling the business by observing ethical practices of business.Transparency, honesty and fair deals with customers should be considered adequately and implemented for better results.
