Sanjay Tandon presented awards to many celebrities including Padmashree Jagjit Singh Dardi at the Empowerment Excellence Awards ceremony.

The Voice of Chandigarh : Sanjay Tandon, a renowned social worker and politician of the Chandigarh, in the first Empowerment Excellence Awards ceremony organized by IDP Education at Tagore Theatre, Sector 18, honored many personalities who have shown unique dedication in providing leadership to social upliftment and community development and also honored the award recipients. Praising the remarkable works, he said that whatever has been taken from the society, it is everyone’s moral responsibility to return it to the society. He said that by taking inspiration from such people, other people are also inspired to come forward in similar social service works.

On this occasion, Councilor and former Mayor Anup Gupta, social worker Devender Singh, BJP Secretary Deepak Malhotra, Sumita Kohli, IDP Education Officer Ms. Kanchan, Piyush Kumar, Bhupender, Sunita Kesarwani, Hutash Narula and Sunny Sharma etc. were also present.
