Amazing Thailand: Amazing New Chapters Presentation & Networking Dinner organised in Guwahati

Thailand one of the favourite holiday destination for North East Indians, the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) New Delhi Office organized Amazing New Chapters Destination presentation and Networking Dinner at Vivanta Guwahati.

Mr. Vachirachai Sirisumpan, Director Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) New Delhi Office updated latest travel entry to Thailand and highlighted new products and services offered to travellers from North East Indian market. He emphasised that Thailand now continues to welcome all international tourists under the fully-reopen-to-tourism policy that was introduced on 1st October, 2022.

Last year of 2022 Thailand has welcomed 11.8 million international tourists and more than 960,000 Indian visitors. This is due to continued support and cooperation between all travel and tourism industries of both countries. For 2023, TAT expects to welcome more than 1 million Indians to Thailand. TAT will continue “Visit Thailand Year : Amazing New Chapters” marketing campaign to ensure all guests have a memorable experience every time they visit Thailand.

In addition, Representatives from Centara Hotels & Resorts, Dusit Thani Hotels and Resorts, VFS Global and Indigo Airlines showcased the products and services as well as networking with travel trade partners in North East India during the Event.

Moreover, to reach out to family and group travellers from North East India, Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) New Delhi Office launched “Hum Chale Thailand” marketing campaign for Travel Agents from North East India by giving incentives and souvenirs as part of encourage and cooperate with travel trade partner to promote Thailand.
