Bhagwant Mann got emotional after meeting Kejriwal in jail, said – Chief Minister is being treated like a terrorist

Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and AAP’s National General Secretary Dr. Sandeep Pathak met Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in jail. Their meeting lasted for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, Bhagwant Maan became emotional after seeing the mistreatment of Arvind Kejriwal in jail. He said that Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is being treated like a terrorist in jail. We were made to talk on the phone through the glass, the glass was also very dirty, we could not even see each other’s faces clearly. The only fault of Arvind Kejriwal is that he built schools and hospitals and made electricity and water free for people. That is why they are not getting the facilities that serious criminals get. Along with this, Dr. Sandeep Pathak said that Arvind Kejriwal always asks about the well-being of the people of Delhi and Punjab. He questioned whether people are getting free electricity, water, medical facilities and free bus service for women or not. From next week, he will call the two ministers to jail and take stock of their departments.
After meeting Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in jail , Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann said that we met for half an hour. We were given time from 12 to 12:30 pm. As soon as I met him, I was deeply saddened to see that Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was not being given the same facilities as the worst criminals. What is wrong with Arvind Kejriwal? Their only fault is that they built hospitals, mohalla clinics and schools for the people. Electricity and water made free for all. You are treating them as if you have captured a major terrorist.
CM Bhagwant Mann said that according to the rules of the jail manual, if the conduct of the accused in the jail is good, he can be allowed to meet face to face. When P. Chidambaram was in jail and when Sonia Gandhi visited him, they were made to sit face to face in a room. Parkash Singh Badal was also presented face to face. But today the meeting was arranged over the phone as if a big criminal was sitting in front. They don’t know why there is so much hostility towards us that we are being treated like terrorists. Why such treatment to Arvind Kejriwal? Such behavior with the opposition will cost them dearly. Arvind Kejriwal is a very honest person who started the politics of transparency and ended the politics of BJP. It was very sad to see such behavior with him today.
Bhagwant Mann said that when I asked Arvind Kejriwal about his condition, he said that don’t worry about me, tell me what is the condition of Punjab. Good schools are being built in Punjab, wheat harvesting has been arranged in mandis, Aam Aadmi clinics are running well, people are getting free electricity, because we do politics of work not name. I told them that everything is going well in Punjab. I have also been to Assam and will go to Gujarat. I will preach in Delhi as well, and have preached in Kurukshetra too. Aam Aadmi Party is the name of a thought. Arvind Kejriwal is the name of this thinking. You can arrest a person, but how do you arrest his thinking?
