In a major political development, more than two-thirds of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Members of Parliament in the Rajya Sabha have officially merged with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), invoking provisions under the Constitution of India.

Prominent AAP leader Raghav Chadha is among the key figures associated with this significant move, which marks a dramatic shift in the political landscape.

A total of seven MPs have signed the merger document, which has been formally submitted to the Hon’ble Chairman of the Rajya Sabha.

The documents were personally handed over by one of the MPs, along with two other members, further underscoring the seriousness of the development.
