CHANDIGARH POLICE (PS-19) ARRESTED ONE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE DRUGS AND COSMETICS ACT 1940

Chandigarh Police arrested Arun R/O # 25, Sukhdev Nagar, PS-Jamalpur, Ludhiana, (PB) (aged about 34 years) near # 1636, Sector-18, Chandigarh and recovered total 20 Injections of Amphotericin from his possession. A case FIR No. 30, U/S 420 IPC, Section 7 of Essential Commodities Act 1955 and Section 27 of drugs & cosmetics act 1940 has been registered in PS-19, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
