Congress Constitutes Political Affairs, Pradesh Election Committees for Chandigarh Territorial Congress Committee

The All India Congress Committee (AICC) has constituted the Political Affairs Committee and the Pradesh Election Committee for the Chandigarh Territorial Congress Committee (CTCC) with immediate effect.

According to an official announcement issued by AICC General Secretary K.C. Venugopal, the Hon’ble Congress President has approved the proposal for the formation of both committees as part of the party’s organisational restructuring in Chandigarh.

The newly constituted Political Affairs Committee comprises Manish Tewari, Pawan Bansal, H.S. Lucky, Kamlesh, Chander Sharma, Ravinder Singh Pali, Z.P. Khan and Manoj Lubana. The AICC In-charge for Chandigarh and the AICC Secretaries attached to the In-charge will serve as Ex-Officio Members.

The Pradesh Election Committee includes Manish Tewari, H.S. Lucky, Kamlesh, Chander Sharma, Surinder Singh, Raj Kumar Goel, Ravinder Singh Pali, Z.A. Khan, D.P.S. Randhawa, Pawan Sharma, Jetinder Bhatia, Harmail Bains (Alias Kesari), Rajinder Kumar Neetu, Stella Mary George, D.D. Jindal and Kuldeep Singh Kaimbwala.

The AICC In-charge, Chandigarh, and the AICC Secretaries attached to the In-charge will also serve as Ex-Officio Members of the Pradesh Election Committee. In addition, the Heads of all State Frontal Organizations have been named as Special Invitees.

The decision comes into effect immediately, as per the official communication issued by the AICC.
