KUWAIT AIRWAYS SHARES THE JOY OF EID AL FITR WITH ITS PASSENGERS

Kuwait Airways received and welcomed passengers at the Terminal 4 (T4), coinciding with the Eid Al-Fitr celebrations, where the company extended distinguished services and welcomed passengers on all arriving and departing flights on board the national carrier.​

Kuwait Airways, in cooperation with various national food companies, distributed numerous food products to passengers during their travel on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr. This was in an effort to encourage and support national products and youth talents, as well as to be aware of the quality of national products and to highlight them to different parts of the world through the national carrier of the State of Kuwait.

Kuwait Airways Chairman, Captain Abdulmohsen Al-Fagaan stated, “We would like to extend our sincere felicitations to His Highness the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, may God protect and preserve him, the judicious government, and the honourable people of Kuwait on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr, invoking the blessings of God Almighty to grant our beloved country with continued security, safety and stability.”

Al-Fagaan added, “Kuwait Airways is pleased to share with its esteemed passengers the joy of Eid Al-Fitr and to welcome and receive them at Terminal 4 (T4), which is within the framework of the company’s keenness to be committed to the requirements of its dear customers on all occasions as an integral component of the Kuwaiti society, as well as to share these joys during special occasions and events as part of its responsibilities to the community.”

Al-Fagaan pointed out that Kuwait Airways is well prepared to extend its services to its valued passengers at Terminal 4 and is committed to its efforts to provide distinguished and comfortable services from their entry at Terminal 4, completing their travel procedures with ease, boarding the aircraft, experiencing an enjoyable journey onboard the flights which are equipped with the latest entertainment features, thus making every journey convenient and comfortable.

Al-Fagaan continued by saying, “Kuwait Airways has made a qualitative leap in terms of launching new destinations and services, as the company provides its valued customers with many services such as the Home Check In service for Royal and First Class passengers, Limousine service for all premium classes, Electronic Boarding Passes, and BlueFi inflight connection. This is in addition to the launching of the company’s latest service, which is the baggage home delivery service on Eid Al-Fitr.

This service is initially introduced for London flights, and then will be implemented to the rest of the flights. Customers can avail the service 12 hours before travel through the company’s website or electronic application. Most recently, the company coinciding with Eid Al-Fitr has launched the Blue Bird channel on the aircraft screens as a test broadcast, which includes a complete range of the latest entertainment programs in preparation for the 2024 summer season.”

Kuwait Airways’ Chief Executive Officer, Captain Ahmad M. Alkreebani stated, “The company recently announced is flight schedule for the 2024 summer season, which includes the launch of new destinations such as Antalya with two flights per week, Bodrum with three flights per week, Trabzon with three flights per week, Sharm El-Sheikh, with two flights per week, Malaga with three flights per week, Nice with two flights per week and Sarajevo with four flights per week, thus expanding its operations to 54 destinations during the summer season. This is in addition to increasing the number of flights to destinations such as London, Amsterdam, Munich, Vienna, and Geneva, to cater to the increasing demand on these European destinations, and to other destinations witnessing extensive demand during the summer, such as Dubai, Riyadh, and Manchester. Kuwait Airways will operate its wide-body aircraft, consisting of the Boeing B777-300, on most of the European destinations, to enable our valued customers to benefit from the amenities of the Royal and Business class seats which are distinguished with the latest comfort features, and to provide additional passenger capacity for customers traveling on these destinations.”
