MY Bharat District Advisory Committee Reviews Measures to Strengthen Youth Engagement in Chandigarh

The District Advisory Committee (MYB-DAC) of MY Bharat, Chandigarh, met under the chairmanship of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (South), Chandigarh, who presided over the meeting as the nominee of the Deputy Commissioner, Chandigarh.

The Committee reviewed the progress of MY Bharat initiatives in Chandigarh and discussed measures to enhance youth participation through educational institutions. Representatives of various government departments and educational institutions attended the meeting.

The Committee decided that all educational institutions will be requested to ensure registration of their students on the MY Bharat portal and nominate a Nodal Officer and Campus Ambassador to promote volunteerism and facilitate effective implementation of MY Bharat activities.

The Committee also emphasized coordinated efforts among all stakeholders to maximize youth participation in nation-building initiatives and experiential learning opportunities available through the MY Bharat platform.
