Online Joint Prospectus 2022-2023 Launched

Online Joint Prospectus of Government and Privately Managed Aided Colleges 2022-2023 for the Undergraduate and Post Graduate classes was launched today i. by Adviser to the Administrator, Shri Dharam Pal, Chandigarh Administration.

The portal to fill the admission form will be open from 23rd July 2022 to 3rd August 2022 for the applicants seeking admission in first year. The common admission schedule for UG and PG Classes (Centralized and Non-Centralized) will be followed by all the Government and Privately Managed Aided Colleges. The City colleges offer a total of 21240 seats, with 3505 seats in PG courses, 16935 seats in UG courses (6930 Centralized and 10005 Non-centralized) and 800 seats in PG Diploma Courses.

The Prospectus sketches out detailed online centralized admission schedule giving important dates and timings. Significant features have been added in this year’s Prospectus. It includes dedicated Admission Helpline numbers of all the colleges so that the applicant, in case of query, can speak with the respective college representative. There is provision of Pinpoints, which when clicked, take the applicant smoothly to the desired college website. E-pravesh link has also been added that takes the applicant directly to the official website of Directorate of Higher Education, Chandigarh Administration.

Like previous years, important information related to different courses, reserved categories, weightage, concessions, various scholarships, academic calendar, fee structure etc are given in tabular form.

Specimen forms related to all the important certificates that may be required at the time of applying are given at the end for the convenience of the applicants.

This is the fourth consecutive year that the responsibility of preparing this Online Joint Prospectus 2022-2023 was handled by PGGCG, Sector 42, Chandigarh. 1. The portal to fill the admission form will be open from 23rd July 2022 to 3rd August 2022 for the applicants seeking admission in first year.
