President Droupadi Murmu Receives Warm Welcome and Respectful Send-Off at Chandigarh Airport

The Hon’ble Governor of Punjab and Administrator of UT Chandigarh, Gulab Chand Kataria, extended a warm welcome to the Hon’ble President of India, Droupadi Murmu, at Chandigarh Airport during her transit halt.
The President was on her way from Shimla to New Delhi when she briefly stopped in Chandigarh. During her halt, Governor Kataria received her with due protocol and hospitality, reflecting the high regard accorded to the nation’s highest constitutional office.
Later, he also accorded a respectful send-off to President Murmu as she resumed her onward journey to the national capital.
The brief yet significant interaction underscored the spirit of cooperation and mutual respect between constitutional authorities.
