Property Consultant Association Delegation Meets Chandigarh Administrator; Raises Key Sectoral Issues

A delegation of the Property Consultant Association, Chandigarh, called on the Administrator of Chandigarh, Gulab Chand Kataria, to discuss several long-pending issues concerning the city’s property sector.

The delegation was led by Vikram Chopra, President of the Association, and included Surinder Singh (Chief Patron), Tarlochan Singh (Chairman), Kamal Gupta (Former President), and Anil Khandria (Media Adviser).

During the meeting, the representatives highlighted a range of issues impacting property consultants and stakeholders in Chandigarh. They emphasized the need for timely administrative intervention and clear policy guidelines to streamline processes, enhance transparency, and address practical challenges being faced on the ground.

The Administrator gave a patient hearing to the delegation and assured them that the concerns raised would be examined in detail. He further conveyed that the Chandigarh Administration would work towards providing appropriate and effective solutions at the earliest in the larger interest of the sector and the city.
