Delegation of Property Federation Chandigarh called on Vijay Partap Singh IAS Deputy Commissioner

A delegation of Property Federation Chandigarh comprising JD Gupta Chairman, Kamaljit Singh Panchhi, President, Narinder Singh, Tarlok Singh Advisers and SA Khan Sr.Vice President called on Vijay Partap Singh IAS who recently joined Chandigarh Administration as Deputy Commissioner. The Members welcomed him on behalf of their respective members and presented the bouquet to him.

The members apprised the Deputy Commissioner about Apartment Act and regarding the NOC (No Objection Certificate) for property sale was also discussed. It was suggested by the members that NOC to be introduced in the act and notification to be made in the bylaws of the estate office regarding this and other issues related to public.

Deputy Commissioner gave a patient hearing to the delegation and assured that after some time will meet and discuss the points for the improvement of the working of the Estate Office.
